SlLametDesigns — Digital Vector Artwork & Logo Designs

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing SlLametDesigns.

All digital designs and vector artwork purchased from SlLametDesigns include a Commercial Use License, unless otherwise specified in the individual product description.

Our license allows customers to customize and use purchased artwork for personal projects, business branding, advertising, and the production and sale of physical merchandise.

However, the license does not permit the resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution of our digital artwork, including through Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms, stock marketplaces, or digital design websites.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the following license terms.

2. Permitted Uses — What You CAN Do

You are welcome to use our designs for the following purposes:

Business & Commercial Branding

• Business logos and company branding.
• Business cards, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Company websites, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Business signage, banners, and storefront displays.
• Vehicle graphics, truck decals, and equipment branding.
• Product packaging and business marketing materials.

Physical Products & Merchandise

• Print designs on T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and jackets.
• Create hats, stickers, decals, and embroidered merchandise.
• Produce signs, posters, banners, and promotional products.
• Manufacture and sell finished physical products for your business.
• Sell finished physical merchandise through your own website, retail store, or direct business sales channels.
• Use professional printing or manufacturing services to produce physical goods on your behalf, provided they do not independently sell or distribute the artwork.

Design Customization

• Change text, fonts, colors, and layout.
• Resize and modify vector elements.
• Combine the artwork with your own text or design elements.
• Customize the purchased artwork to match your business identity.

Commercial production of finished physical products is permitted without a quantity limit, provided all other license restrictions are respected.

3. Prohibited Uses — What You CANNOT Do

To protect our original artwork and intellectual property, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

Digital Resale & Redistribution

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away our original digital design files.
• Sell modified versions of our artwork as downloadable digital products.
• Upload our designs to digital marketplaces as standalone artwork.
• Include our designs in digital logo bundles, SVG collections, clipart packages, or design templates for resale.
• Offer our artwork as free downloads or downloadable design resources.
• Share or sublicense purchased artwork to third parties for independent commercial use.

These restrictions apply to all digital formats, including SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and other editable or non-editable formats.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Platforms

Uploading, listing, or selling our designs through Print-on-Demand platforms or POD fulfillment services is NOT permitted.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Redbubble
• TeePublic
• Zazzle
• Society6
• Spring (formerly Teespring)
• Printful
• Printify
• Spreadshirt
• Similar Print-on-Demand marketplaces or services

This restriction applies even when the design is modified, recolored, or combined with additional design elements.

Stock & Microstock Marketplaces

Our artwork may NOT be uploaded, submitted, licensed, distributed, or sold through stock and microstock platforms, including:

• Shutterstock
• Adobe Stock
• Freepik
• Vecteezy
• Creative Market
• Envato Elements
• Similar digital asset marketplaces

Important: Selling finished physical products through your own business is allowed. However, uploading our artwork to POD or stock platforms for resale, fulfillment, licensing, or distribution is not allowed.

4. Ownership & Copyright

All original artwork and design files remain the intellectual property of SlLametDesigns.

Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork according to these terms.

Your purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or grant exclusive rights to the original design.

The same design may be purchased and used by other customers.

You may customize the artwork for your business identity, but customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying original artwork.

5. Non-Exclusive Licensing & Trademark Use

Our products are sold under a non-exclusive commercial license.

This means:

• Multiple customers may legally purchase and use the same design.
• Commercial branding and business logo usage are permitted.
• Exclusive ownership of the original artwork is not included.
• Trademark registration eligibility is not guaranteed.

Customers seeking exclusive rights or trademark protection should obtain appropriate legal advice before registering a design as a trademark.

6. Third-Party Printing & Manufacturing

You may provide the necessary artwork files to a professional printing company, embroidery shop, sign manufacturer, or production partner solely for manufacturing physical products on your behalf.

Such service providers must not independently resell, share, redistribute, or reuse the artwork.

This permission does not extend to uploading the artwork to prohibited POD platforms or digital marketplaces.

7. License Restrictions & Termination

Any use of the artwork outside the permitted license terms requires prior written authorization from SlLametDesigns.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or distribution of the artwork constitutes a violation of this license.

SlLametDesigns reserves the right to terminate the license in the event of a material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Upon termination, the customer must stop unauthorized use and distribution of the affected artwork.
