1. Overview

Thank you for choosing SlLametDesigns.

Selected free digital designs and vector artwork provided by SlLametDesigns include a Free Commercial Use License with Attribution, unless otherwise specified in the individual product description.

This license allows customers to download, customize, and use eligible free artwork for personal projects, business branding, advertising, and the production and sale of finished physical merchandise.

Free commercial use is permitted, subject to the attribution requirements and restrictions outlined below.

The license does not permit the resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution of our digital artwork, including through Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms, stock marketplaces, or digital design websites.

By downloading or using our free artwork, you agree to the following license terms.

2. Permitted Uses — What You CAN Do

You are welcome to use our free designs for the following purposes:

Business & Commercial Branding

Business logos and company branding.
Business cards, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
Company websites, social media, and digital advertisements.
Business signage, banners, and storefront displays.
Vehicle graphics, truck decals, and equipment branding.
Product packaging and business marketing materials.

Physical Products & Merchandise

Print designs on T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and jackets.
Create hats, stickers, decals, and embroidered merchandise.
Produce signs, posters, banners, and promotional products.
Manufacture and sell finished physical products for your business.
Sell finished physical merchandise through your own website, retail store, or direct business sales channels.
Use professional printing or manufacturing services to produce physical goods on your behalf, provided they do not independently sell or distribute the artwork.

Design Customization

Change text, fonts, colors, and layout.
Resize and modify vector elements.
Combine the artwork with your own text or design elements.
Customize free artwork to match your business identity.

Commercial production of finished physical products is permitted without a quantity limit, provided all other license conditions are respected.

3. Attribution Requirements — Credit to SlLametDesigns

Free artwork is provided under a commercial license that requires attribution in specified online uses.

When publishing, showcasing, or sharing the free artwork as a logo design, graphic design, downloadable resource preview, portfolio example, or promotional design showcase, you must provide visible credit to SlLametDesigns.

Where Attribution Is Required

Social media posts that specifically introduce or showcase the free logo design.
Public design portfolio posts featuring the artwork.
Blog articles or online publications presenting the artwork as a design.
Promotional posts specifically highlighting the free artwork or its customization.

Where Attribution Is Not Required

Physical business signage and storefront branding.
Printed business cards, uniforms, merchandise, or packaging.
Vehicle decals, equipment graphics, and embroidered products.
Routine business social media posts where the logo appears only as an existing brand identifier.
Everyday business operations where the artwork is used as part of an established brand identity.

Credit must be reasonably visible and may be placed in the caption, description, or accompanying text.

Attribution does not grant ownership, copyright, redistribution rights, or permission to resell the artwork.

Important: Modifying the colors, text, layout, or other design elements does not remove applicable attribution requirements when the underlying free artwork is being showcased.

4. Prohibited Uses — What You CANNOT Do

To protect our original artwork and intellectual property, the following activities are strictly prohibited.

Digital Resale & Redistribution

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, share, or give away our original digital design files.
Sell modified versions of our artwork as downloadable digital products.
Upload our designs to digital marketplaces as standalone artwork.
Include our designs in digital logo bundles, SVG collections, clipart packages, or design templates for resale.
Offer our artwork as free downloads or downloadable design resources on other websites.
Share or sublicense free artwork to third parties for independent commercial use.
Claim that you created the original SlLametDesigns artwork.

These restrictions apply to all digital formats, including SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and other editable or non-editable formats.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Platforms

Uploading, listing, or selling our free designs through Print-on-Demand platforms or POD fulfillment services is NOT permitted.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

Redbubble
TeePublic
Zazzle
Society6
Spring (formerly Teespring)
Printful
Printify
Spreadshirt
Similar Print-on-Demand marketplaces or services.

This restriction applies even when the design is modified, recolored, or combined with additional design elements.

Stock & Microstock Marketplaces

Our artwork may NOT be uploaded, submitted, licensed, distributed, or sold through stock and microstock platforms, including:

Shutterstock
Adobe Stock
Freepik
Vecteezy
Creative Market
Envato Elements
Similar digital asset marketplaces.

Important: Selling finished physical products through your own business is allowed. However, uploading or distributing our artwork through prohibited POD, stock, or digital design platforms is not allowed.

5. Ownership & Copyright

All original artwork and design files remain the intellectual property of SlLametDesigns.

Downloading a free product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free commercial use license, subject to the terms of this policy.

Downloading or modifying the artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or grant exclusive rights to the original design.

The same free artwork may be downloaded and used by multiple individuals or businesses.

You may customize the artwork for your business identity, but customization does not transfer ownership of the underlying original artwork.

No recurring license fees are required for uses permitted under this policy.

6. Non-Exclusive Licensing & Trademark Use

All free designs are provided under a non-exclusive license.

This means:

Multiple customers may legally use the same design.
Commercial branding and business logo usage are permitted.
Exclusive ownership of the original artwork is not included.
Trademark registration eligibility is not guaranteed.
Users must not claim exclusive ownership of the underlying original artwork.

Customers seeking exclusive rights or trademark protection should obtain appropriate legal advice before registering a design as a trademark.

7. Third-Party Printing & Manufacturing

You may provide the necessary artwork files to a professional printing company, embroidery shop, sign manufacturer, or production partner solely for manufacturing physical products on your behalf.

Such service providers must not independently resell, share, redistribute, or reuse the artwork.

This limited production permission does not grant the service provider an independent license to use the artwork.

It also does not extend to prohibited POD platforms or digital marketplaces.

8. Free License vs. Paid Commercial License

SlLametDesigns offers different licensing terms depending on the product.

Free Logo Designs

Free download.
Personal and commercial use permitted.
Attribution required for specified online design showcases and publications.
Non-exclusive usage rights.
Digital resale and redistribution prohibited.

Paid Logo Designs

Commercial use under our standard Commercial License Policy.
No attribution required unless otherwise specified.
Non-exclusive usage rights.
Digital resale and redistribution prohibited.

Purchasing a separate paid product does not automatically change the licensing terms of an unrelated free design.

Any special license or attribution waiver for a specific free design must be granted in writing by SlLametDesigns.

9. License Restrictions & Termination

Any use of the artwork outside the permitted license terms requires prior written authorization from SlLametDesigns.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or distribution of the artwork constitutes a violation of this license.

Failure to provide required attribution may also constitute a license violation.

SlLametDesigns reserves the right to terminate the license in the event of a material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Upon termination, the user must stop unauthorized use and distribution of the affected artwork.
