1. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Thank you for shopping at SlLametDesigns.

We specialize in professionally crafted digital vector artwork, editable logo designs, and downloadable design files.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered or made available for download, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be physically returned after delivery.

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, preview images, included file formats, and software requirements before completing a purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons:

Requests for additional artwork, entirely new designs, extensive modifications, or custom design services are not included with standard purchases unless explicitly stated.

However, assistance with verified errors in the original purchased files is provided without additional charge.
