These restrictions apply even if the original artwork has been recolored, resized, modified, or combined with other design elements.

Important: The sale of finished physical merchandise through your own business is permitted. However, digital resale, microstock distribution, and Print-on-Demand platform usage are prohibited under our standard license.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original artwork, illustrations, graphics, and digital design files created by SlLametDesigns remain our intellectual property.

Purchasing a product grants the customer permission to use the artwork under the applicable license but does not transfer copyright ownership.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing:

All licenses are non-exclusive.
Copyright ownership remains with SlLametDesigns.
Original artwork may be licensed to multiple customers.
Customers may not sublicense or independently redistribute purchased designs.

Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution may result in license termination or other remedies available under applicable law.

8. Product Customization & Software Compatibility

Our designs are intended to offer flexible customization through compatible graphic design applications.

Depending on the file format and software used, customers may be able to modify text, fonts, colors, sizes, and vector elements.

However, editing functionality may vary between applications, operating systems, and software versions.

We do not guarantee that every file will be fully editable in every application.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their chosen software supports the purchased file formats.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Limitation of Liability
